About the Photographer: It’s an amazing thing when you find something that you love to do and then you realize that you could actually make a living by doing that very same thing that you love. This is what happened to me when I bought my first Digital SLR in 2002. I owned a horse farm and was at the show grounds quite often watching the students compete. It was then that I bought the Canon 20D and found that I had a gift getting those action shots that the students loved. I became very intrigued because I was able to truly capture that single moment in time that would never be again. With my creative and technical background, I was primed for this digital age of photography. The creativity was a natural part of my being. The craft of learning how to use this advancing digital technology and combine it with the art form was the really fun part. Since starting my career in 2002 shooting equestrian events, I have experienced many adventures in photography from hiking the Grand Canyon to shooting weddings, fashion models, portraits, sporting events, and so much more. In 2007, I began ballroom dancing and currently photograph many of the competitions throughout the Southeastern U.S. Once again, capturing that moment in time that will never be again. I love my job hope you will love my work as well. Become a Fan on
